By accessing or using the services provided by Peers Agency Co. Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
Peers Agency Co. Ltd provides creative services including but not limited to events planning and management, marketing and advertising consultancy, talent management, multimedia content production, and public relations.
The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal between Peers Agency and the client.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and any materials necessary for the successful completion of projects. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials, content, or information provided to Peers Agency do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all creative work, designs, content, and materials produced by Peers Agency remain the intellectual property of Peers Agency until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the deliverables as agreed. Peers Agency retains the right to use the work in its portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit of 50% is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Late payments may incur additional charges. Peers Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of the business relationship.
Peers Agency Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or any errors or omissions in our work.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
Peers Agency reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any of these terms or fails to meet payment obligations.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Sudan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Juba, South Sudan.
